		<description>I think it&#039;s more the case that when we are young (e.g., younger than 10 or so) our brains are wired for learning. We do more learning before the age of 5 than the rest of our lives -- motor skills, language, social concepts, etc. As we get older learning becomes less important for survival than applying what we have learned.

By the way, what&#039;s up with the new look? Not that I don&#039;t like, but the old one was pretty good too.</description>
